Here are the big things that set us apart from most other organizations:
No politics, daddy-ball, or drama. Our coaching staff oversees all game lineups, and we manage all practices and playing time, so each player is treated fairly and is objectively evaluated.
Equal playing time for all players. Players need game reps to learn, and errors and mistakes are to be expected! Teachers don’t teach students less when they make mistakes on math homework or perform poorly on a math tests, and we don’t bench players just because they may be struggling in the field or at the plate.
Not-for-profit pricing for our families. We strive to keep our fees inline with what it costs us to provide training and cover game costs. We are not trying to make a profit … just to cover our expenses. Our families pay a flat-rate which covers uniforms, facilities, and all league games.
Guaranteed Roster Spot. All players/families that are current on their fees and are in “good standing” with the org (i.e., positive attitude, effort, and sportsmanship) will always have a roster spot with us. We do not have a “recruit and replace” policy … we want to develop and retain our players, until they are ready to move on to the next opportunity of their own volition.
